Laborde Motorsport began from humble beginnings in Perth, Western Australia when its founder, Joshua Laborde discovered a Dimsport MyGenuis in the glovebox of his newly purchased Audi S4. With his passion for cars and high performance, he went on to discover what tuning is all about.
After spending months learning how to modify the contents of an ECU file, Joshua understood that there is room for performance improvement from a vehicle, as they leave the factory floor complying to both emissions and drivability regulations. The ethos of one size fits all just didn’t cut it with Joshua, each and every vehicle has a connection with the driver to create a fulfilling experience.
With the financial assistance of his father they created a small boutique tuning company called Laborde Motorsport. The pair invested in a range of professional tuning tools, software, equipment and OEM manuals and thus, the business was formed.
Today, Laborde Motorsport is owned and operated by Josh and is a global brand supplying custom tunes all over the world.
